NIKKI CARSON

Nikki Carson has worked as an assistant custodian in Madras for Jefferson County School District 509-J for the past 27 years. Nikki is married to her high school sweetheart Tom. They have three children. She loves music, karaoke, movies, and trivia. She currently serves as Madras Chapter 54 President. She is a charter member of the Central Oregon Coalition Against Privatization (COCAP). She is a Member Organizing Summer Institute (MOSI) graduate and has earned a U-LEAD Certificate from the University of Oregon's Labor Education Research Center (LERC). When asked what she hopes to accomplish as the member elected Zone VI Director, Nikki replied, "I want to reach out to members and chapters. I have been elected to be their voice and I want to hear and share their thoughts and ideas. I want to keep the members informed and involved."
