SICK LEAVE POOL

Occasionally an employee finds him/herself in an emergency situation where all available sick leave and/or PEL has been used due to a personal illness or illness of a family member. For this reason, our Classified Sick Leave Pool was established.  You must be a member of the Sick Leave Pool to be eligible to draw hours.

Below you will find links to the current Sick Leave Policy, Sick Leave Contribution and Sick Leave Request forms. Please look the documents over carefully and consider participating. If you choose to participate, complete the contribution form and send it to Judy Kulluson at Eastwood Elementary Library. Judy keeps track of donated and used hours for the OSEA Executive board. Please keep a copy for information and future reference.
