Our Contract:
Everyone will receive a 2 % COLA (Cost Of Living Allowance) raise on the base (step 1), On July 1, 2007.
The percentage between steps will move from 2.75% to 3.25%. On July 1, 2006.
The Range scale has been changed, the first two steps are being dropped off and three are being added to the end of the range, On July 1, 2006. Another Step is added to the high end of the scale July 1, 2007.
Beginning July 1, 2007 the Market Study will start to be put in place.
All employees eligible for a step will get a STEP Raise on July 1, 2007.
Shift differential pay will be increased, On July 1, 2006.
There is a NEW Attendance Incentive Progam in place, (you could earn an extra $1,000.00), paid on July 1, 2007. 53 Employees were still in the running at the May meeting with the Administrators.
There are multipule artical changes to make the contract more clean, easy to read and understand.
