From I-5 (North or South bound)
Take Kuebler Exit.
Travel west on Kuebler to Liberty Rd. (approx 2 miles)
You will pass several intersections prior to Liberty Rd.
Turn right onto Liberty Rd.OSEA is on the left side of Liberty, just past 2nd traffic light (approx ¼ mile). 
From the 2nd traffic light, OSEA is the 2nd building on the left.
