The duties shall be to receive and edit all resolutions for the current year prior to the annual Conference; confer with and advise any Committee or member regarding the effect of any proposed resolution; determine the effect of all resolutions on the Constitution; and it shall cause to have printed in the Journal the arguments pro and con on each resolution.

The 2007-08 Resolutions/ Constitution Committee chair is Jay Osborne from North Clackamas Chapter 71.
