Don't miss our first-ever Intensive Membership Drive (IMD) Academy! This is an unprecedented opportunity for practical, in-depth organizing training. You'll spend a full day learning about how to turn a "maybe" into a "yes" and a new member, how to track your conversations, talk about the benefits of union membership and how to tell your union story in a compelling way. Then you'll get to take those skills on the road by visiting nearby worksites in a variety of chapters.
