You Can Shape OSEA’s Future

A resolution is how you make change at OSEA. When passed, resolutions change our OSEA Constitution, Board Policy or organizational policy positions. Delegates representing OSEA chapters across the state debate and vote on resolutions at Conference each June to determine which ideas move forward and become reality.

Shawna Jeskey: Stylish Rep Who Went the Extra Mile

Shawna started working at OSEA in December of 1992, giving 33 years of her life to the advancement of classified school employees in Oregon. She was a champion for workers who cared about every member of our union and fought for every employee she represented.

Lou Gerber Launched OSEA Member Scholarships

Former OSEA Zone Director Lou Gerber passed away in late July. Lou was a custodian and volunteer ceramics teacher in the La Grande School District, and a longtime leader in La Grande Chapter 24.
