Chapter leaders asked for it, and here it is – an easy, affordable way to purchase OSEA items for your chapter. Items can be picked up from the State Office in Salem during All Committee Day on Saturday, Oct. 3. Use the form below to select the items and sizes your chapter needs. We’re piloting this program with the chapters who have members on state committees. Thank you for being our test subjects!
Please note: We have limited quantities of OSEA hooded sweatshirts and zip-up hoodies available, which will be available on a first-ordered basis. But don’t worry! There will be an opportunity to order additional merch later this fall.
Step 1: Order items
- Identify a member from your chapter who is on a state committee who will pick up the items in Salem on Saturday, Oct. 3.
- Make a list of the members who will receive items and their sizes.
- The chapter president or their designee should complete the form below. Only one order per chapter.
- Chapters may order up to 20 of each item (all sizes included).
- Orders must be placed by Wednesday, Sept. 30, for pickup on Oct. 3.
Step 2: Pay for your order
- You can pay for your order by check or money order, made out to OSEA.
- Payment can be mailed to OSEA, 4735 Liberty Road S, Salem, OR 97302 or brought to All Committee Day by the member who will pick up the order.
Step 3: Pick up your order
- During All Committee Day, pick up your order from Dianne doCarmo. Her office is to the left as you enter the front door.
