The Membership Incentive Program (MIP) allows OSEA to invest in chapters and support organizing efforts by rewarding chapters who maintain high membership percentages. Strong membership is vital to OSEA — it gives us a stronger voice at the bargaining table, when talking to policy makers and when pushing back against anti-union groups.
This year, the Board of Directors has awarded a surprise MIP incentive payment to the chapters at 60 percent membership or higher (as of Jan. 7, 2026). The chapters below will receive an early incentive payment to support their work in the remainder of the school year.
