The OSEA Constitution is living document that is governed by established law and owned by our members. As such, all OSEA members are entitled — and invited — to propose amendments to the constitution by submitting a resolution. These resolutions are acted upon by OSEA delegates at our annual Conference.
Your Resolutions Committee is here to support you through this process. We provide the necessary forms, guidelines, formatting assistance, and expert advice to ensure your resolution is clearly presented for Conference delegates.

There is a specific submission process for all resolutions. This year, we have published the step-by-step video guide above. PLEASE NOTE that all resolutions to amend the OSEA Constitution must be received by the OSEA Executive Director no later than close of business on February 1, 2026.
