There's a lot at stake this election season, so OSEA is building our team to make sure the candidates that stand for our values win in November. And you can be a part of it!
OSEA, in coordination with other AFT affiliates in Oregon, is now hiring temporary political organizers (TPOs) to help get out the vote. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on campaign experience, make a real difference for OSEA members and our families, and get paid to do it! The program is funded by AFT in coordination with the Oregon Labor Federation.
TPOs will learn the fundamentals of member and political organizing to work with our coalition partners to engage union members in the electoral process. These are temporary, non-exempt positions, paid $25 per hour.
