Find My Contract

In 140 chapters across the state, OSEA members work together to negotiate contracts that guarantee our salary, job security, benefits and workplace rights. Every chapter negotiates its own contract, also called a collective bargaining agreement (CBA), with its employer.

One of the most important ways to keep our contracts strong is to defend the rights we have won. Read your contract carefully and contact your chapter and field representative immediately if you believe your employer has violated any portion.

NOTE: Contracts can be amended mid-term using a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and these amendments are not included in the contracts below. Contact your chapter president to ensure you have the latest document.
