Board Announces Mid-Year MIP Incentive!

This year, the Board of Directors has awarded a surprise MIP incentive payment to the chapters at 60 percent membership or higher (as of Jan. 7, 2026).

Congratulations to the 2024-25 MIP Chapters

OSEA chapters worked hard all year to boost outreach, engagement and union membership. And it shows! These chapters earned at least 70 percent membership, earning an incentive payment through OSEA's Membership Incentive Program (MIP).

As union members, our strength is in numbers. Strong membership rates — when the majority of workers in the chapter are active OSEA members — gives us a stronger negotiating position at the bargaining table.

Chapters Learn Organizing Strategies at Leadership Summit IV

Nearly 100 chapter officers and worksite organizers (WSOs) spent last weekend learning new tools and strategies to organize and represent members during OSEA’s fourth annual Leadership Summit.
