OSEA’s Constitution, Board Policy and Standing Rules set the rules for the conduct of our union. They cover everything from the structure of our Board of Directors to our organizational values and policy positions. These documents were created when OSEA was founded more than 85 years ago. They are amended by members each year at the annual Conference to ensure our union reflects the needs and values of our membership.
